By making small changes to a product people rarely consider, like window shades, the team has demonstrated that reducing the carbon footprint and energy consumption can be straightforward and painless. Drawing on experience in construction, design, technology, and energy research, the team seeks to create products that easily make the office environment more comfortable and efficient.
Parata Solutions have a measurable return on investment as a result of positive tax treatment and government support for green initiatives combined with lower energy consumption costs. Improved worker comfort from better control of the office environment is one of the intangible benefits of the improvements.
